Upon talking to John (my son did) the man was very upset and rude to him on the phone,saying that he(my son ok'ed them) to replace the parts on his Explorer.Also he was telling him that he better not loose any buisness due to this.It was BOTH him and I to let them repack bearings for the quoated price of $150.00.And when again he was told about wanting to see the parts,he said and played the "I dont know what your talking about" but I will speak to the other guys about why parts were not shown.He was still told State law says when a customer asks to see or have parts,they have to show or give them when asked,(as told to the manager by my son)
