The store sent a towing truck to pick up my car after I called with an engine problem. Unfortunately, the tow truck driver the store arranged was very rough with my car. Loading my car on the truck was awkward to say the least. When arriving at the store location, my car was slid down from the truck and badly hit the ground. Unfortunately, there wasn't much I could do about it at the moment as when the car was being unloaded I was starting to walk toward the store's office to fill out paperwork. I paid total $877.06 to the store for the towing service charge and reparing the generator and starter. Unfortunately, it would not be until I picked up the car that the extent of the damage from the tow truck's rough handling was found.

When driving home with my "repaired" car, the engine check or malfunction sign stayed on the entire way. Even worse my car was severly wobbling when driving so that it was too dangerous to drive. So I called the store salesman who was at the scene and saw what happened while my car was unloaded. I explained the problem to him. He had me take my car back to the store.

Later, the store salesman called and offered for his store to pay a half of repair cost of $1600 for what turned out to be broken suspension if I pay the other half of the repair cost. I pointed out to the salesman that this was damage caused by the towing arranged by the store. He told me that he understood and asked me to leave the car over night so he could speak with the store manager. The following day I called the store asking to the salesman in order to find out the status of the car. The store manager received my call instead of the salesman and he told me that he would do nothing to resolve the problem on my car.

The towing truck driver the store sent not only broke my car, but also overcharged for repairing the generator. When I contacted a car dealer, the dealer service department told me that it charges the same service at $200 or maximum $500 which includes parts and labor. I file my complaint to the BBB (Complaint ID # 97034028) and Arizona Attorney General (Ref #: CIC 07-21462 BIG O TIRES). The store never responded to the agencies' inquiries on my complaint. My car is worse condition than before the car was handled by the store. But the store never responds to my complaint.
