big o paid almost $500 for total front break job that i had to relpace loveland Colorado
i took my car into the big o store in loveland colo. for front break work. i was told that everything had to be replaced. i paid close to $500 for the work. a coulple weeks later the left front started making a lot of noise so i took it in and they said they replaced it with a new caliper. a couple of week later noise again from the same caliper. i waited to take it in and when i did i was told by there break man that it was only the pad releasing. and when i told him i was doing breaks before he was born and never had that problem on any breaks he sat in my car and to me basicly that i didn't know what i was talking about, laughing a little. i told him to get out of my car.
the owner was there at the time and didn't seem to interested in anything.
a few weeks later, after getting over being pissed, i filed a report with the BBB. big o's response was that someone called me by the mane of Monty and left a message but i never called back. they never called.
i bought a new caliper and replaced it my self and no more problem.
i waisted almose $500 for something that i didn't have to. Troy and the owner are only after money.
a couple of years ago a checked there web site for tires. it showed they had 4 different ones. when i went there to check out the tires Troy only showed me 2 different ones. i went to discount tires.
