Bigtime Electronics, cricket wireless, cell phones not flashed properly (dont even work) and over sold up to 150 dollars higher then dropped next day online. Won't refund money at all even though service doesn't work. can't even make calls and I spent 260 bucks but was basically robbed! Arvada Colorado
this cell service distributor for cricket gives cricket a bad name. there are several hole in wall places but this one shines as a real crappy place. they have what look like recently paroled people hustling all day long. they mostly service people that don't have much money and are shifty. they don't do what they promise in service and basically are just ripping the public off. i went in and was only shown 2-3 phones at a desk.
then i asked to see more and they seem to only have these 3 that have the features i needed. Yet the next day i had to take the overpriced phone back to them, to find they have several. then they didn't even give me near what i paid for in a phone, they gave me over 150 bucks less of a phone. saying it was new, when in fact it wasn't nearly new. in fact 3 yrs. old.
i couldn't tell this at first, but after research have learned this. i cant have the phone refunded, i cant flash it back to its original provider, in fact i cant even make a phone call. its terrible and im screwed. once more the phone went from 240 trade, the next day was then shown to be worth 159, then 139 in another two days, now its showing for 85 dollars. i was ripped off and they won't even try to fix this problem. they won't even reflash it.
Buyer Beware don't buy from Bigtime Communications in Arvada CO. Lots of unhappy consumers...
