Bike US LLC took money,no goods sent, false promises, killed graduation present, no ride provided, took me for a ride with no wheels Internet

I found Bike US via ebay and was interested in purchasing a motorcycle for my son's graduation. I signed up to their site and found a nice Honda motorcycle about 500-1000 dollars below what was on ebay. They listed the bike as unavaliable after my request to purchase and asked for payment also stating that for that price it would be shipped for free and I would receive a new helmet for doing business with them. I sent the payment and began to wait. I became concerned when I did not receive a invoice and heard nothing about receiving my payment.
Upon sending an email to them I received am email stating after confirmation of payment, the bike would be shipped and I would receive a call 1 day B-4 deliverly and that I would have to show confirming ID. After 2 more emails being sent and wanting to cancel my order , I was told that I could receive every bit of my money back except 185.00 in deliverly charges. I stated that to accept that, that I would want the name and number, a copy or the carriers invoice and on their letterhead B-4 I would agree. As of today I have no bike (thought the estimated deliverly date is today), no returned monies, no return email, no call though I am sure someone at that location has a cell phone and the bike I wanted is now back up for sale on their website. I could not say enough negative words about fellow Americans, but I will not sink to that level. They will get theirs!
After careful consideration, which should have prevailed at the point of purchase, I would advise most anyone to stay far away from these people and spend a little more of your money on someone who delivers on there word. My son will be very disappointed.
