On 3 July 07 Bill Bartmann contacted me, trying to purchase my whole litter of wrottweiler puppies. He never asked the age of the puppies, weather they were regestered or not, didnt care about the parents, or even if the puppies had their shots. I asked him several times what he was going to do with so many puppies, but I never got a responce. Bill is very good at changeing the subject and working his way around your questions. I told him to call me tomarrow, because I had people interested in some of the puppies already.
That phone call from Bill, deep down didn't sit good with me. When we got off the phone, I went and looked him up on the computer. Thanks to this web sight and some others, I was blown out of the water. There was NO way this man was even going to lay eyes on my babies, moreless buy them.
The next morning, Mr. Bill called me back. I told him he wasn't getting my puppies and why. Bill never even tried to defend himself. All he said was OK, and goodbye. That same afternoon another man called me looking for a puppy. He said that everyone he called said someone came and bought everyone of their puppies. Thats when I told him my story, about Bill Bartmann.
I rember when I was looking for the daddy of my puppies. When I called the lady about her AD in the paper, she said she was on her way to meet a man close to Tulsa, Ok who baught the whole litter. I offered her more money than she was asking, and she agreed to meet me real quick and let me pick one out. Now I know who bought that litter from her, and I could have possibly saved my daddy rottweilers life. People like Bill must be stopped.

If anyone wants a whole litter something should throw up a red flag unless you are just money hungry and dont care where your babies go. these people like a man on hbo documentery cc baird was buying all non brand dogs for 15 dollars a piece. they have hundreds of dogs in kennels and alot die from fighting,neglegt of medical care, shelter from the elements,etc. puppy millers or pet shops are feeding our countries puppy mill industry. never buy from broker or puppy mill and it sounds like this guy was one or the other. he was going to buy them and sell and make 1 or 200 dollars for a filthy liars inhumane deed
