Jenny seems to be suffering from the delusion that white collar crime is not prosecuted. First of all, Bill Berlins crimes are not white collar crimes Mother beatings are not white collar crimes, and domestic violence cases, especially ELDER ABUSE is taken quite seriously by the LAPD. I know this to be true. Jenny says the authorities are aware of Bill Berlins beatings of his mother. This obviously does not make sense, because if the authorities are aware that this man beats his elderly mother, then they would put a stop to it. They dont distinquish between white collar and blue collar mother beating, I can promise you that. Jenny is most assuredly fibbing here, as she is also fibbing about losing $10,000 from being ripped off by Bill Berlin. No doubt Bill Berlin ripped her off for something, but nowhere near $10,000 plus dollars. The reason I know this is because Jenny nor anyone else in their right mind would feel responsible to pay for the crime that Bill Berlin committed. After all, Jenny was as much a victim as were the 30 odd buyers on Ebay. What Jenny actually lost was no more than the cost of the listing fees on Ebay. Logic dictates that anyone who is so desperate for money that they are willing to take such a job as listing items for sale on Ebay would not have over $10,000 to spare. They most likely would not have much of anything to spare. Jenny has no money and had no money and as long as she continues her 24/7 campaign that is supposed to end with Bill Berlin behind bars, she will continue to have no job and no money. Just look at it from a sane prospective. If Jenny had over $10,000 spare bucks, and it must have been spare money, and not needed for her own life, or she would not have been able to just hand that money over to a bunch of strangers. She says she feels responsible for those peoples loss, but she was a victim as surer as they were, and to be a victim and feel guilty for stealing money from others, is plainly a psychotic view of the situation, and what she said she did, if she did it was, indeed, psychotic. Anyway, if she had $10K then she had another $10K and she could have used her money to have Bill Berlin put behind bars immediately and not almost eight months after the incident. The law moves slow, but not this slow. Sure in civil cases they move very slow, but this is an international fraud ring, a huge crriminal felony, and believe me all she had to do was go to the Fraud dept at Ebay and go to her own banks fraud dept and they would not have lked what they heard, and they would have taken over. The thing is this whole thing is nothing but some very sick joke that Jenny and Bill Berlin have made up. I wouldnt be surprised if they werent the same person. Jenny knows way way too much about this Bill Berlin to have just listed for him for 2 weeks on Ebay. She knows his drivers license number, she knows how tall he is, how much he weighs, she knows where he cashes his checks, she knows his mothers full name, she knows more about this Bill Berlin than i think i know about myself. She sure knows more about this man than i know about my sister or my best friend or my late husband whom i was married to for 25 years. How in the world does she who says she lives in Oregon and this Bill Berlin lives in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles, how, pray tell, could she find out so much about him. She now declares that even the police know that this man beats his mother, but that it is a "white collar crime" so they will just let the man keep beating his mother! This is preposterous as anyone reading this would be in full agreement i am more than sure. Then there is this Bill Berlin who seems to know all about this ex employ Jenny. He knows she is a large woman, he knows she is taking proxac or was it paxil, i cant remember, but he knew. So how do these two love birds know so much about each other. I say they are the same person, which is why Jenny never phoned me, because she couldnt because she is Bill Berlin and not a female after all. I think all this small claims is made up too. And this beating of the mother is also completey untrue. Jenny and Bill Berlin just are two very, very sick individuals. I honestly have never seen anything like this, not even on the internet, where i thought i had seen everything. As for having an offshore anonymous bank account or multiple accounts. Didnt you know that, Jenny. You know everything else about this man, so why wouldnt you know this one as well. Look, this whole thing is so ridiculous, that this is going to be my last trip to ripoffreport.com, at least as far as this complete farce is concerned. I have other things I would rather do like watch paint dry or pick my nose. Good bye Jenny, good bye Bill Berlin, good bye Granny. May you all get yourself into treatment with some crackerjack multiple personality psychiatist, after you spend lots of time in some back ward of some very secure mental institution. And, really, any or all of you, do take the advice of your doctors and please take your meds more regularly. You will feel much better I am sure. I give up, this is just much too crazy for me to continue to be involved with. You are beginning to drive me nuts, and have, if nothing else, given me a headache. Farewell to one and all of you!

Joyce~ I have never seen Mr. Berlin beat his mother. However, the Los Angeles court systems would show a history of abuse against his mother. In Los Angeles, the crimes that Mr. Berlin is committing are white-collar crimes, which go highly unrecognized whether or not a report has been initiated or not. As for Mr. Berlin and my small claims against him, he DID not show up, because he knew d**n well they would haul him into jail if he did. As for contempt of the court...I JUST FILED the paperwork to have an arrest warrant issued for his contempt of court orders, by not following the order to pay his debt to me. The law does not prevail overnight, unfortunately, or I would have left this alone 7 months ago, when I was victimized by Mr. Berlin. There is a 30-day waiting period after the court ordered judgment against Mr. Berlin was placed. After that 30 day period was up THEN I could file for an arrest warrant, WHICH I HAVE DONE!! As for the law, and my contacting police and whatnot, I think I have made it pretty clear that I have involved the law and have every intention of pursuing Mr. Berlin to the FULLEST extent of the law. I post every single detail that I have on Mr. Berlin so as to inform the public on this man's scam and every detail I have about him. As for you and your knowledge of his scam...How is that you are aware of his off-seas accounts, and are you providing your contact and details to the proper authorities? Thank you for your efforts.

Jenny seems to have a great deal of information on Bill Berlin, and now she is saying she knows that Bill Berlin is physically abusing his aged mother who must be in her late 60s at least. If this is the case, then I reccommend that Jenny contact the Encino Police Department, as "Elder Abuse" is a grave, grave felonious crime, and that in itself will put Bill Berlin behind bars for decades, and there will be no need to get him on the international fraud charges he is guilty of committing. I just want to help. If I had all the information that Jenny says she has, that would be more than enough for the police to have want to have a little conversation with Bill Berlin. Bill Berlin emailed me and told me that Jenny was a huge woman (not that it matters), and that she was mentally ill, being on anti depressants. I told Bill Berlin that being on anti derpessants and being heavy did not mean she was mentally ill, and then I went on and told him that according to Jenny, he wasnt exactly skinny himself. That Jenny said he was around 5 foot 7 inches tall and weighed in at over 200 pounds, so what was this deal about the weight. Another thing Bill Berlin emailed to me was that yes, indeed, Jenny had won cases against him in small claims court but that he never bothered to show up for the court dates, and that "nobody ever pays those small claims court fines anyway, and I wasnt about to have one of my three lawyers bother to appear for me at court. I just dont pay those things." Well, that seems very strange, and if this is true, then I would suggest that Jenny contact the judges who handled her Small Claims cases against Bill Berlin and then he will be arrested for Contempt of Court for not abiding by the Courts decision. There just seems to be so many things that could be done to stop Bill Berlin, like the physical abuse of his mother, and the contempt of court issues. So if it is too difficult to get him for fraud because he uses a new cell phone every day and throws them out as fast as used toilet paper, and he has an offshore anonymous bank account or accounts that are untraceable, surely he can be had on the other charges that are indeed traceable. If his old mother is constantly physically abused by Bill Berlin then there should be obvious signs. Jenny would be doing the right thing if she knows for a fact that this old lady is being beaten all the time, and she contacts the local cops about this matter. That she is not contacting the cops about this matter really makes her nearly as culpible to this most heinous crime as is Bill Berlin. If i knew that some elderly woman was being beaten by her own son and that is was done even once, and i didnt stop it, i would feel terrible guilt, and I hope this rebuttal will assist Jenny in putting a permanent halt to this horrible crime. This crime is much more shocking than the original complaint by Jenny. Losing $10K is one thing, but beating up ones elderly mother is far more serious. I would put a stop to it myself, but I dont know it to be true, but Jenny seems to have evidence that it is true, and it is just so wrong of Jenny to let it go on. How can Jenny sleep at night knowing that it is likely that some old lady is being beaten up while she sleeps. That is what is so amazing here. If anyone else is aware of this, or can reason with Jenny, something I have been unable to do, please, contact her, and put a stop to this monster who would beat up his own mother!!! I cant think of many worse crimes that this one!

I am Jenny. In regard to the above article. Most of what Joyce wrote is true. I did not call Joyce or respond to her any further because she was making VERY severe threats toward Mr. Berlin. I have been at this since December 2005 when I was victimized by Mr. Berlin. I, however, am allowing the civil and criminal system to do their investigation in a timely and constructive manner. I have acquired a significant amount of information on Mr. Berlin because HE STOLE $10,000+ dollars from me. I am not fat, nor ignorant. I fell victim to Mr. Berlin's scam. I am pursuing and seeking justice in a most productive manner. I believe that justice will be sought. I have won an Oregon and California small claims suit against Mr. Berlin. I am not satisfied at that, as Mr. Berlin deserves to be behind bars. As for his mother...She did raise him, you are right. However, at his age, he is responsible for his choices, NOT HER. I believe that she too is a victim. In doing my research on Mr. Berlin, it was discovered that he has physically assaulted her for many years now. As for defending myself and the role I played to Mr. Berlin's scam. I can only attest that I spend hours on end attempting to contact any more potential victims and to notify them as quickly as possible so as to not have them victimized as I was. As for you, Joyce, why in the world you would continue to give advice to Mr. Berlin on how to run a more productive scam, that makes no sense to me. However, the only reason that I didn't contact you was because of the crazy threats that you were making of what you were going to do to Mr. Berlin and then that you would commit suicide upon doing so. I have plenty of other people to assist me in my endeavor, without compromising the investigation by involving people who do not appear to be mentally stable. As for my working WITH Mr. Berlin, one would be have to be very un-educated, ignorant to believe such things. It is quite obvious that I am doing everything in my power to provide people with resources to stop Mr. Berlin and his scam. Mr. Berlin will be put behind bars for the crimes that he has committed.
