Bill Bland William Bland Hired and didn't pay!! Orange California

Bill Bland hired us to do swimming pool cleaning services at his home in Orange. We showed up weekly for several months, provided chemicals and labor, not a single complaint about our service. Meanwhile his bill is increasing because payments are not being made. We stop service and sue Bill. Bill doesn't show up for court, we received an abstract of judgment which to date not a penny has been paid toward the outstanding balance of $584.00 plus interest. Apparently Bill Bland thinks it's ok to hire people and not pay him, I wonder if he expects to be paid by his real estate clients?? 4 years and waiting to be paid!
