All concerns were taken care of and customer was offered a "buy back" from Chevrolet that was initiated by Bill Bucks service management. Seems by this report though, that not all of the facts are always told completely. Please remember that dealerships does not design, build, or break them, but we do our best to repair the vehicle and keep the consumer one of our customers for life. We truly do care about the quality and value of our services.
