Materials presented by the salesperson are, upon close inspection, very amateurish. The logos from the various hotels are obviously downloaded from the internet and do not have print quality that a high end hotel would want representing them.
The contact number on the terms and conditions (757-808-2369) is a cell phone number held by Blue Licenses Holding LLC "located" in Port Richey, FL which indicates it may be "throw away" cell phone. The 888-684-2283 is answered by a live person identifying as Resort Marketing.
The Google and Bing aerial maps indicate that 410 S. Columbia in Rincon, GA is the location of "Goin Postal", where folks can rent postal boxes without the hassle of registering with the United States Postal Service. Again owing to a lack of a physical location this might indicate that the operation is run out of Mr. Grembowicz's home, hotel room or car. A personal contact with Mr. Grembowitcz might be made by hanging out at the Goin Postal store
Judging by the history of shifting addresses over the years and his only response to complaints is to call yet another "leased" phone number he is just trying to keep his scheme going. "I'm trying to resolve these complaint, BUT they..."
As to legal action if there is no signed contract, promising anything on his part and you voluntarily signed a check made out to him then there is very little you can do. Just consider it a gift to Mr. Grembowicz and chalk it up to a learning experience and move on!
