You are absolutely correct with that comment out of Orlando. I should not have rewarded them and if I could do it over I would not. There is a reason we stuck it out. The auto they had was the one we were set on. There was no other dealership within a hundred miles that had the auto we wanted with all the options we required. We were more than willing to pay a slight premium based on this. Most of the problems came after the price was agreed on for both trade in and auto being purchased. We were not prepared to be insulted by deceptive paperwork (that if we did not read would have cost us big!) Nor we prepared to receive phone calls three weeks later asking for more money! I think you would agree... that is a bit crazy. When their tricks on the paperwork did not work they did become rude but after 6 hours in the dealership all I wanted was to take the car (which is great by the way!) and go home. The problem with this dealership is that if you let them they will take advantage of you and if you want to avoid the hassle don't bother going in. I had already dealt with the hassle.... I may as well have gotten the car I wanted. My warning is directed to those that are thinking of going in there.... My message stands..... If you would like to AVOID headaches and hassles stay away from this dealership. If you must deal with them (as I did....if you have a wife you will understand the nature of getting exactly what they want) be very careful.... They will attempt to rip you off!!!!

If you noticed all this fraud, deception and the fact YOU STAYED THERE for six hours...(No, they didn't KEEP you there...you agreed to stay and play doormat)...why in the hell did you buy the car??? Why did you REWARD them for all this poor treatment? Are we all now supposed to feel sorry for you because you agreed to be treated this way???
