On this beautiful season I am sad to write about a sad time in my life because of a con artist among us. In 2010, I fell victim to this thief, whose name is Bina Fink, whom I met through a mutual friend. I was trying to adopt a child after the earthquake in Haiti. A friend introduced me to her because she leads people to believe she knows prominent people in high places and she can speed the process. She told me it would cost me $5000 dollars. This thief is so grandiose and delusional that she started throwing out so call important names and told me I needed to be ready at a moments call to get into a private jet to go to Haiti to pick up the child. Stupid me was so excited that I believed her lies. She took the adoption file with all my personal documents and a total amount of $2500 dollars. I have copies of these checks from Wells Fargo back in her name which she cashed $2000, on 6/28/10 and $500, on 8/24/10, before I realized she was a liar, a thieft, a predator and a con artist. She was living in Savannah until I was on to her and about to expose her, she moved. I understand she still lives in Weston. She preys on innocent peoples emotions in order to rob and steal from them. I was very hurt, I thought of going after her in court, but was too busy to pursue getting my money back legally. Would you believe that scum bag had the nerve to get an attorney? once the attorney heard my story, saw copies of the cashed checks, the attorney said she the only option she would give her was to return the file and money. If she refused to do so she would no longer represent her. I got a email from the attorney telling me she no longer represented her. I am comin out now with this because she continues to con, rob and steal from people who have real sad situations. Please, everyone reading this, she needs to be stopped. She should be prosecuted and locked up. This woman have 3 young kids and continues to do these things. I hope everyone that is a victim of her bad behavior will respond so that we can put a stop to her bad tactics. Thank you for reading this.
