I don't know what's happening with this company but what I can say is that at worst they're ripping off desperate people and, at best, they're confused and simply don't know what they're doing, resulting in missing orders and terminally ill people missing their expensive supplement in spite of due diligence on the patient's part.
I started purchasing things from them because they CLAIM to have a treatment for pulmonary fibrosis that's effective.
The person that's always on the phone is Brad -- I learned this from the FDA complaint letter to him -- and he is rude and condescending to people, cannot get an order straight and leaves people thinking they have an order enroute to them only to discover that BIOMEDIC never shipped it.
I now have to go back through credit card receipts to see if I received everything paid for because I called, paid, and when the order failed to appear I called only to have 'Brad' say it never shipped.
This product is EXTREMELY expensive compained to most 'naturopathic' remedies. It's supposed to be 'guaranteed but, when they're so lackadaisical about whether or not it was ordered, I can only imagine what we'll be put through when we try to obtain a refund.
I'm proceeding ONLY because a diagnosis of pulmonary fibrosis is a killer. If it fails to work as prescribed, I will be doing all I can to assist the FDA in shutting this guy down.
It is unfathomable that someone in this man's position could be so careless. I see the other complaints I'm researching and since the FDA is already involved, I hope this company either measures up to expectations or closes. The price of their supplements compared to others is indicative of issues at the company level.
Does 'Brad Custer' own the company and is he a one man band, advertising in such a way as to make himself look like a large, productive company? Queen Creek is a bedroom community of Phoenix. Anyone closeby?
Perhaps the FDA will get to the root of the issue.

This is in response to the most inaccurate and inappropriate review of Biomedic Labs and Brad Custer, CEO.
This complaint is from a competitor, who was previously a reseller of Biomedic Labs. Brad Custer, the owner of Biomedic Labs, mentored this person. We helped him out by letting him sell our products and advising him on how to do that effectively. However, once he decided to engage in business practices Biomedic Labs did not approve of, we stopped doing business with him.
Biomedic Labs started in 2004 because Brad had a passion to truly help people with their health concerns by offering and specializing in systemic enzymes. We teamed up with the TOP enzymologist in the world 14+ years ago that manufactured the highest quality and most effective enzymes available anywhere. Serracor-NK and Serra RX80 have been helping thousands of people because we use a very Advanced Delivery System called BPPS that no other competitor offers. Not only does Biomedic Labs offer the Most Superior Enzyme Formulas in the world but they truly care for the people that take our products and no one at Biomedic Labs would ever be rude as this post claims.
As for the comment regarding Brad Custer, yes he is on the phone a lot because he feels that not too many people in this world have the heart that he does for the people he gets to help and talk to every day. If you are a customer of ours, we would be happy to let you to talk to many of our lifelong friends and customers that have been taking our products since the beginning. We and they know the stories told in this posting are not true.
This competitor seems to find interest in the FDA in which Biomedic Labs simply received a warning letter over a year and half ago suggesting we make changes regarding what we should say when selling products. Biomedic Labs complied with the FDA’s requests and this matter was resolved long ago.
