Followup call to Biotab customer service resulted in a promise of a call from the supervisor, which never came, and which I didn't expect. I made this call at the request of the bank after I filed a telephonic dispute of all of Biotab's unauthorized charges. After allowing 24 hours for a response that never came, I called the bank to cancel the credit card. This they did after confirming the legitimate charges still outstanding on the card. They sent me a new card with a new number within a week. They also sent me dispute forms ( one for each unauthorized transaction ) to complete for their records. These I completed and returned immediately.
