Biotab Nutriceuticals Inc Alteril All Natural Sleep Aid trial experiance leaving me SLEEPLESS!!!! Monrovia California
Ordered all natural Alteril sleep aid. Recieved trial and 2 days later a full size bottle of product. Iwas suppose to have a 7 day trial before they auto shipped this bottle. Was told 2-4 wks to recieve the full size bottle. I called and the operator apologized. I asked if they got alot of complaints for this reason and was told YES. I was told to send this bottle unopened back to the company and I would recieve a total refund in 2-4 wks. I sent the bottle unopened and it has been 6 wks and I am still waiting. I called back this week to check my statis and was told it hadn't been 4wks. I tried to go over the weeks with her and she cut me off and told me she had other calls to answer and she hung up on me... I really wonder if I will ever see this 36.90 put back into my account. I have been lied to, told many different reasons why they can't credit my account and the time seems to keep going by. I was even told by one operator that because I ordered it from the infomercial that there was a disclaimer in small writing at the bottom of the screen that allowed the company to send out the full shipment at the same time as the trial. INTERESTING the stories these operators tell. LIES and more LIES. I started taking down names and dates. BUT my advice is DON"T BOTHER. The product may work for someone but really even if it had worked for me IT ISN'T worth working with a company who deals with customers like this.
