My story is exactly like the other repots. I ordered the sample trial pack on 1-29-08. Needless to say... it didn't work. I called the company to inform them that I would be returning the unused pills and would like a refund. I mailed them off, andonly a few days later I was sent another shipment. I called again, was told to just write "Return to Sender" on the envelope and mail it back. Postage would be paid for. Since I had opened it to see what was in the envelope, I had to pay for the postage. Shortly after, I recieved another package, called them again, sent it back; and then once more another shipment arrived! I called them and was quite firm about my position. I informed them I have been billed for three shipments and have sent all of them back, and insist on a complete refund. They were rude, eager to get off the phone with me, and one time some even dissconnected.
I have just returned from my bank to have my debit card canceled, to prevent them from continuing to charge me, and having their other SCAM products that they are afilliated with (sach as Extenz), from charging me.
This buisness is TOTAL RIP OFF! They need to have a class action law suit filed against them, and the directors of operation should be jailed just like Bernie Maddoff!!
