BISLAWCENTER-HAYWARD COCHRAN - HAYWARD GREY- DAVID ANDREWS RIPOFF DISHONEST FRAUDENT CROOK TORRANCE California
Went into business with bislaw, a joint venture agreement whereas i supply the funds to purchase porfolios (list of debors)from a outside financial company, and bislaw collects and split the profit per contract.
The contract was written July 9th 2004 total i invested $163,165.00, on the contact it stated the purchase of the porfolios was to be in both our names,it was not....
Later on futher investigation it was found that Bislaw padded the purchase price and pocketed a total of over $68,000.00 from the start.
signed a joint venture agreement using a 1999 suspended corp. name, signed the contact with a phony name as well,Hayward Cochran is not his real name.all the employees he had there working for him when i did a walk through appox. 9 , all are gone for some reason but 1 appox. 2 months later.
The little collection he did do for me, futher investigation revealed he was collecting more than what was on my statements and pocketing the difference.
Hired an attorney court date Dec. 6, 2006 so far out appox. $200,000.00 with attorney fees.
Filed a complaint sept.3rd, 2006 with the Federal Trade Commission , no response

And no Agency is doing a thing as far as i can see......
Funny how the small crimes they are so quick to act, but a white collar crime ???????
