Yes, signs get moved, but some people flat out do not read every single word or check barcodes. I worked retail for 4 years and you learn, a lot. Customers love to move things to get something for nothing. I joined BJ's recently, but that is because of a move that puts me near one. One of my friends was with them when he lived within 10 minutes of one and had no issues whatsoever. Something tells me the person did not read the sign word for word, regardless of where it is. Size, style, you name it, makes a difference. Also, compare barcodes, yes, I know, time consuming, but better than wasting your time arguing later.

You still don't get it. If you are out looking for a hard time, there will always be someone around willing to give it to you. With all the trouble you and Dale have conducting business, you must be doing something wrong. Belligerance oft times begets belligerance. By the same token courteous behavior most often is returned. If you and Dale ever came to my place of business,I'd first throw you out on your ear, then have the police give you a trespass warning. And I'd be doing you a kindness as the great state of Alaska is a make my day state. Heck we don't even need a permit to carry a concealed weapon. But don't worry,I don't even own a firearm and I surely have no desire to visit any town that would tolerate poeple like you for a minute.Ever hear of the "golden rule"? You should look it up and try it for a week or two. You might actually be able to conduct some business with no hassles and even make a friend or two. I'm sure you don't have enough to play a game mixed doubles or even chess.

I understand that the shopper is angry and frustrated at the level of service she received at BJ's Wholesale Club. I am also a member and realize that there are some negative aspects about the warehouse shopping experience. But it is just that, warehouse shopping and not department store shopping. While there is no excuse for rude behavior and, if I was that Mgr. I would have immediately given the shopper her money back, I think there is a difficulty with the signs the warehouse clubs use. They are on velcro strips and are easily moved or knocked off. Also, these clubs do not have alot of staff to handle all the necessary jobs. The staff is not out on the sales floors and are knowledgeable about the merchandise like dept stores but I like paying a lot less then dept store prices. I bought a 32 inch television last year for $340 and the same tv was about $200 more in a Best Buy. I have saved about 15 cents a gallon on gas too. Another thing I noticed is that if you see something you like you should buy it right away because sometimes you go in a week later and they are all gone. Maybe this shopper should talk to the General Manager of the club. I bet he knows this other manager is rude to people and could get rid of her. She needs to switch her career from retail to something else.

Unbelievable, where do you say anything in reference to this report? I report the truth about companies, if you can't take that, then I would suggest you find yourself a better hobby. I have not down graded companies that I know have been falsely reported, I rebuttal what is really true. I don't just make reports on Bad Business', but rebuttal on the good ones, so that people know someone has lied to them. So, really get a life. No where in any of my reports did I claim to have advance degrees, I said that I hold 2 Associate degrees and several licenses. What wrong, you don't hold even a GED? Must not if you thought an Associate degree was advanced. As to your picture of me, wow, your way off and sad. But, I'll play along, I picture you as a lonely, bald, fat, big ears, big nose, extra thick glasses that used to be the president of the chest club. A little boy with no hopes of ever finding a woman (or a real man at that), no real job, no nothing. So grow up. I don't care what you THINK of me, your not worth caring about. Are you educated enough to know what a consumer advocate is? Appearently not, or you wouldn't waist my time or anyone elses at that matter. This is not a site for you to go through a make fun of ones grammer. So sorry if I insulted you by not spell checking my posts. Again, you sad-sad man. I don't know what the hell you keep reading or if your just a real drunk, but yes, I have management experience in retail. But the only place that I've made reference to getting screwed over in, was Lowes, and if you read that rebuttal, I stood up for Lowes, Duh. I never stated anywhere that I was or ever have been a fauilure at anything including life. Quite the opposite. I am quite proud of my accomplishments and at my age, even prouder. As to arguing with anyone who disagrees with me, whatever. I argue with people that are narrowminded, make false claims or cliams that have no relivance (like yours). I have argued with those that have made claims into my person reports, that have no clue what the hell their talking about. So, in close, open your narrow little eyes and get a life.

Gee April, I think Christina is right, you seem to be an authority on everything and provide lame advice to other consumers (you have experienced most of the same issues). I have read many of your posts and you state you are highly educated and hold many advanced degrees, but you can not spell or structure a sentence if your life depended on it. You state have been a manager in many retail occupancies. But, someone is always out to get you and that leads to your leaving them. It seems that every store or restaurant that you visit, every employee you encounter is rude, crude or an idiot. This also goes for anyone that happens to disagree with you. I picture you as a short, fat bottle blond that dropped out of school because they just didn't understand you. You have a problem with yourself and your situation in life and feel that everyone else is the reason for your failures. Oh yeah, I know you will say I am an Idiot like Christina but that's what makes us special.........

I recently received a BJ's toy book. In it they list and picture the Icee Maker for $17.99. Since receiving the book 2 1/2 weeks ago, I have been into the store every other day. Not one time have I seen it nor seen any place on the shelf that it may have been nor seen any price tag listed on the shelf for the product. This was important for me to find, my children have asked for this item for christmas and this was the lowest price we found. I also received a coupon for any purchase over $50, you take $10 off. That would have been great. With 3 children, anyone knows this would save us a little this year.
Finally, on Tuesday night, I went in and again didn't see it or any place for it, so I went to the service desk thinking that maybe they've just been out of them or maybe they are on back order. That does happen at this time of year. Anyone looking for a Leappad last year knows this. After standing there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come to the service desk, a woman approaches and asked if she could help me. I told her I was looking for the Icee Maker and haven't seen it. I asked if maybe they have been back ordered or out of stock. I also asked if maybe she knew if they were placed in a different area of the store. She said she didn't know what the Icee maker was, so she couldn't tell me off hand and would have to look in the computer. She did, then tells me that the store has discountinued them and don't sell them. I told her I just received their toy book and it was in there that's why I've been waisting my time coming in every other day to find it. She said she doesn't know why it would be in their toy book.
Then she says, well she was there Sunday and that they were in the toy section and that there were at least 10, she saw them beside the girl toys. That's bull, I was there they wen't. She just finished telling me that they haven't sold them, that she didn't know what they were, yet all of a sudden she knew what they were and they did sell them. What??? This is the kind of crap this store always pulls. My membership expires in March and no, there is no way I would renew it.
Their general prices exceeds Sam's club anyway. They even have a sign where their tobacco products are stating, "We sell tobacco products for the lowest price allowed by the state." That isn't true. I do smoke, I know. I can go anywhere, even 7-11 and by them cheaper. Amazing.

I don't put down all the people and business in Waldorf. First and foremost, I put down idiots like yourself. Appearently, you nothing nothing better to do, then to rebuttal my reports on the bad business in Southern Maryland. This is the Bad Bussiness Bureau, duh!?!?! Oh that's right your just someone that has too much time on your hands, either you need to stay in school or get laid!! I guess you've never been to BJ's because you can't afford their membership!
Get a life, will you!!!

You are a very unhappy person to be putting down every person and every business in Waldorf. If you are so unhappy here, why are you staying?
