I ordered a number of items on December 7th. I had a question about one of the items and never received a reply to it after numerous emails and phone calls to Jennifer Greer. I also never received a time estimate for delivery after asking numerous times. The website and email are down (for the second time -- the first time I inquired whether she was still in business and she told me she was and that the website/email were being upgraded and they did temporarily come back up). I can't seem to get anywhere with this company no matter how much I try so I have given up and assume that no items will ever be received. Hard to understand why anyone would conduct themselves this way.

THis order was placed and paid for on the 7th or december - average turn around time on custom orders is 3-4 weeks - and I was gone for the holidays so the order has yet to ship and is about half finished. We are expanding into wholesale and our web site is down to be moved to a new server and to put up a link in for those with wholesale access. This order is 90% complete and is expected to ship this week. I have called this person back on numerous occassions and emailed them as well. THis is totally unwarranted and jumping the gun and I will gladly refund if they would rather have the money instead of the items, even though we do not generally refund for custom work unless it is a fault in workmanship
