I will never mess with an online dating service again and suggest that you leave it alone too. I was charged more than what I should have been, and so I requested the services not be renewed. In the meantime I knew that it was going to be shut down in 30 days. On my last day, I sent a message to request a persons telephone number and while they were sending it, I saw the messsage and the whole system shut down. I called customer service and asked if they could give me the last 4 digits of the number and they refused. They said I needed to renew my subscription to get this.
I told them I did not want to pay them $20 just to get 4 digits and they didn't care. These people are from Costa Rica. They don't care and this Carolyn S. is a the manager and a B. She told me to contact Joshua Meyers the CEO with my complaint. She was not concerned. I suggest that you meet people the old fashioned way. Honestly, I tried everything. These dating services to include Match.com are owned by People Media. You cannot speak to anyone but the people in Costa Rica. What a mess? No realy customer service. Nothing but outsourcing of American jobs.
Its all about money. It cost nothing to say hi to someone you like. I am taking down my page and doing just that.
