Blackwelder Industries ripoff Statesville North Carolina
I just read a posting by Giovanni concerning Blackwelder Industrieshe is not alone. One year ago I ordered and paid for two very expensive chairs and a headboard from Blackwelder's. I was sent a charge receipt to sign even though I had entered my card number on line. The salesman explained that because the sum was fairly large, a signature was required. Delivery was promised within a month...next month for sure...two weeks at the most...two more weeks.. maybe next month...maybe next year...for the past month nobody but the lovely voice message is talking to me. As of today not even a machine is picking up the phoneinteresting that Blackwelder's failure to answer coincides so closely with the first posting on this site. I have notified my lawyer, but don't expect much. The contract is cleverly worded to circumvent legal action and I will not be surprised if this company' disappears without a trace. A hard lesson to learn.
