I placed an order online on 12/21/2012 for personal defense items. was told in the e-mail confirmation receipt that it would take 3-8 business days for delivery. today is 2/15/2013 and I still have not received the item. I have received no reply to phone calls, messages left, nor e-mails to the posted customer service dept. They have fairly limited hours 11am-6pm PST, however I have called within these hours and still got the same generic message. This company has no intention of shipping my item or refunding my money apparently.
