Sheila, you forgot to point out her lie about it being a 6 or 6 1/2 hour drive from her place of residence to yours. it takes less then an hour to get from Panama, FL to Riverview, FL It is only 47.6 mi, 52 min driving. Anyone can check this out on mapquest or RandMcnally or any of those site. Just one more lie you have been busted in lady. Keep digging your hole deeper and we will keep burying you.

First of all, this is a note for the clients. Please don't judge me because of the way I write my English. I'm still learning... ;)

This will be my first and only respond to this report.  Now I'm very glad that I didn't sell him to you.  You said that you wanted him as pet only and that you love him so much that you didn't care about his papers and that your husband told you that you don't have to be worry about papers because you are not a breeder, etc.. But you are a breeder. You are the breeder/owner of Panama Pups www.panamapups.weebly.com and you are also in facebook www.facebook.com/panama.pups . So you are the one that lied to me. No wonder I had that six sense that I shouldn't sell him to you.  I also told you that I bought him as a breeder because he has an arched back and he won't be good for breeding and that's why I'm not selling him with full AKC as you stated on your report. But you didn't care about it and you still offered me money for him with full AKC. I told you no and after a few weeks you came back and wanted him anyways and you wanted to breed him. I'm talking about a bad genetic problem, I'm not talking about an ugly nose or bad color etc... I'm talking about a mayor problem and you didn't care.

We didn't signed any contract and if you notice, my contract on my website says that I have the right to cancel a sell anytime. So I did it in less than 24 hours and I refunded your deposit completely via Paypal as well in less than 24 hours too.  Too bad that you found somebody so low that is talking about me with no proof whatsoever. I told you from the beggining that I'm a very calm person but you are putting this in a mayor scale when is just a simple cancelation. I have references and a perfect background because I'm working hard in what I have and I feel bad that becasue you are mad you had to put this report. 

If you were sincere from the beggining I could help you find good quality dogs for you to breed good dogs not just dog with dog. But now saddly I can't help you because all the good breeders won't sell to you. And I said good breeders, not breeders that are just looking for the money. The ones that just care about money will do whatever you want for them to take your money. But good breeders will search all they can about you before they sell to you. And saddly, you wanted to ruin my reputation but you ruined yourself and your reputation. Because as soon as they google Greta Panama City Fl or Panama Pups they will find this report.  And they will know that they have to be careful with the nice lady that talk over the phone very nicely. Too sad.

HAHAHAHA   You are funny!  You said there was no contract in original post. Then you say this is one, then you must caught your own lie and said the only contract was her accepting paypal. I have news for ya honey, there is no accepting the paypal, the money goes straight into the other person's account and she sent it back when you found out WHAT KIND OF PERSON YOU ARE!!!  

 Breeding circle? You are not in the breeding circle, altho that statement just backs up what Sheila suspected, you were going to use a dog she deemed not worthy of breeding, and you were gonna breed it. Please revisit paragraph one of my first comment.

 You can keep posting your humorous posts here if you like. You are just digging a deeper hole. You obviously have no idea how despirate and stupid you sound, but there are a lot of people having a good laugh at you right now. Have you considered "Stand Up" as a second career opportunity, cause breeding isn't in your future bahahaha

To Sheila and all of her friends Posting "Rebuttals" Please understand that Sheila Ramirez Of Blessedshihtzu.com has an already terribly damaged reputation as a person & as a breeder even before she wronged me. This is the general consensus of the breeding circles, I wish they had clued me into the loop prior to my bad judgement of contracting a puppy purchase with her . This will be my Final Post here per my attorney. Sheila Ramirez will have her opportunity in court to explain to a Judge as far as a slander suit against me that is Welcomed as I have Only stated Truth & Facts and that is Not Slander. This post was and Still is to Caution & make the Public aware of my situation with blessedshihtzu.com. I have documents, Ads, texts, emails & a legal contract that She Broke and damages that were placed on myself.  I should not & will Not be accountable for chosing a breeder who does Not deliver on her contracts. Sheila had the opportunity to attempt to fullfill her Legal Obligation & she Chose to decline and with that being said after being given the opportunity to correct her wrong and continued failure to do so has inclined my family to pursue what is Legal & Just. If Sheila choses to complete her obligation and pay the damages due prior to my civil (and possibly criminal) suit being filed this week then I will post those Facts here as well, But as long as my family suffered financial damages and am Less whole than prior to dealing with Ms. Ramirez there is no option except to allow the legal system to perform their duty & bring  a justice to either she or I. Allowing her to break Our contract (we ONLY had One & that was Via-pal when she accepted my money Under the terms stated) allows her the Freedom to continue to treat Other prospective puppy purchasers the same ill treatment. Also bleesedshitzu.com (Sheila Ramirez) has PROMISED via Legal agreement to provide myself with The Shih tzu in question "Jasper" Free of charge Next June 21 (June 21, 2014) and I have ALL intentions on collecting on that Part of our Contract also, if Sheila Ramirez choses to continue to ignore the request made of her per our contract. All of us "internet Buyers" will NOT allow people to assume that our money is Theirs to do as they chose and that they have no serious legal obligations to those that they take moneies from simply because it was a non-face-to-face transaction. This is My FINAL REPLY.

When a dog/pup is listed for sale as a pet and with out breeding rights, we often get a lot of puppy millers and back yard breeders after them because they don't care if they get the AKC papers or have breeding rights.

You wanted the dog with breeding rights and were told no. This tells anyone with half a brain, that you are wanting the dog for breeding. When you were still willing to take the dog without full rights, that sends up a red flag. Refer back to paragraph 1.

Sheila did what any ethical breeder would do and she returned your money and refused sale. That made you mad and not you are out for revenge. You filled this page with outrageous slanderous lies and I too hope you get sued for it. Funny part is, you can't even remove your lies, so you can't wiggle your way out of it.

Sheila is highly respected by other breeders and her dogs are exceptional. Your lies will not damage her. Your lies will be seen as just that, LIES. Maybe you should have went to church this morning instead of typing up a false report on someone.

You didn't get ripped off, you got refused sale when Sheila figured out what you were up to and you got your money refunded. If you bought stuff for the dog, then either return it or use it for the next one you try to scam out of someone. Don't worry, your name will circulate thru all of the breeders and you will have a hard time getting a quality dog from a reputable breeder. You will need to visit your local back yard breeders for one. SHAME ON YOU. I bet you are sorry you lied now.

 This whole thing is fairly confusing. You say that she returned your deposit, but that she owes you 700.00 or the dog. Maybe it was not handled ideally, but you did receive the money you spent for the dog back. As for the items you purchased if you have not opened them they can be returned. So YOU WILL get that back also. You are going to spend a lot of money for what exactly? If your money was returned she NO longer owes you for the dog. It's been reimbursed. I think this is a lot of drama because you are MAD that you didn't get what you wanted. You originally said you wanted him to breed to your 2 females. She wasn't willing to sell him with rights. So now all of a sudden you want him for pet only? I would also have 2nd thoughts about selling a puppy who was originally wanted for breeding, as a pet. If she feels that the home is not a good fit, SHE has to live with that. This site was set up for people who have TRULY been taken. In my opinion, you haven't been. You received what you spent on the puppy back. What right do you have to ruin a woman's reputation, based on anger? I think it is SICKENING that you chose to write a rip-off report to wage a personal vendetta when you in fact, WERE NOT RIPPED OFF. If I were you I would hope I wasn't sued for slander.
