This guy tom bliss has been screwing people for years. He doesnt pay a lot of miles if you go thru toll he charges you. He is simply a con artist. He doesnt maintain his equipment expects you to drive elegal then treats you like sh*t.
I have had a claim with the hour and wage division for 4 months and I'm told he hardly ever pays these claims. I am also working with a news reporter and so if ur checking reviews on this guy stay away
