I purchased a Tempurpedic Mattress and financed it with Wells Fargo. I had called within the 90 night free sleep trial to say that the mattress was not what I expected. It hurt to sleep on the unit. I asked for it to be picked up and I was told that I would be contacted by a carrier to pick up the unit. I had called back 4 or five times to ask when the units would be picked up only to be told on the last call that it was after the 90 days and they would not be picking it up. I told them that I fulfilled my part of the obligation and contacted them to have the unit picked up and did not want the mattress set. I told them that after paying for 6 months while trying to resolve the situation I would no longer pay the amount. I was told I would be contacted by someone from the returns department to arrange picking up the units. I was not contacted, I called again and was told that after having the bed for 6 months or more they no longer would want it back. I considered the situation solved. I then did not receive notice from Blitt and Gaines about any court date or such until I was told by my employer that my wages were being garnished. I have had over $2200 deducted from my paycheck after being told that the situation was resolved. I asked them if there was a way to just settle the amount, was told no. I asked if I could talk to someone about this and was told no and that I could take this to court and file a complaint. I was told that no one showed for the court date and there was nothing I could do. I got no information about a court date. I want the $2200+ refunded and this case dismissed as I was told that Tempurpedic no longer wanted the product back. I slept on them for 2 weeks and went back to my select comfort bed which is and was awesome but I was told that Tempurpedic would be great for my back, it was not. I was hit by a drunk driver several years ago and still have ongoing pain.
