In your complaint you stated: " My biggest complaint and warning is that they require a credit card or debit card account number, which is accessible by any number of employees, to automatically charge your account." Employees in fact cannot access a members credit card info (not even managers) and at the most can only see the type of card and the last 4 digits. All charges made to your card beyond regular transactions when you are simply renting and pay by credit card and sign the slip, are done by an automated computer system in the middle of the night. Employees have no involvement, influence, or control over this system.
