I have contacted Blockbuster.com 3 times and they refuse to remove my credit card information and delete my account. All they will do is continually send me a copy of the privacy policy. I have had poor service from their On demand service and all I want is them to delete my information so they cannot charge me by "accident" again

The only thing i can tell you to do is call your bank and report the card stolen. They'll give you a new card number but at least blockbuster wont have it.
