Blooms N Roses Flowers And Gifts Awful quality and worse service Internet
Flowers were ordered for a funeral. Some were dead and others were wilting and brown-edged. There was NO water in the vase. The owner denied that there was anything wrong with the flowers, said there was plenty of water, called me a "con artist" and then hung up on me. I am contacting the Ontario Ministry of Consumer Affairs at http://www.sse.gov.on.ca/mcs/en/Pages/default.aspx
and strongly urge others to do the same. Let's stop this character from disappointing and angering people who only wanted to please a loved one with some flowers.
