December 2009. I ordered the 'Birthday Bonanza' for my Daughter's 30th Birthday @ $69.99 after confirming with a sales rep that she would get the arrangement as shown on their website. Instead she got a crappy arrangement that didn't look anything at all like the one pictured on their website....I could have found a nicer arrangement at the grocery store for 15 or 20 bucks. The sales rep won't return my calls and when my Daughter called he hung up on her! Wish I'd checked with the Better Business Bureau and other 'review' websites first....Stay away...they are a horrible company to deal with!
