DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

I ordered a $70 bouquet (which was on sale from $110) for my mothers birthday. They delivered on time, however the flowers delivered were NOTHING like what I ordered and the flowers were half dead. The bouquet I ordered had a lot of high end expensive flowers in it. I got cheap carnations that were already wilted.

I emailed to complain and requested a response. 2 weeks later, still no response so I emailed again. 1 more week, still nothing. I emailed again.

When I tried calling, I asked to speak to a manager or customer service. He put me on hold, 3 minutes later he picked up and hung up the line. I called back and my calls were ignored. I tried from a different number, he picked up right away, I asked for a manager again and he hung up immediately. Then would not answer my following calls.

I've asked my credit card company to retract the charge, hopefully if enough other people do this they will go out of business and protect the next sucker that orders from them!
