Blooms N Roses Delivered half-faided flowers after Valentines day, claiming that no one was there when they did it on time. While we were waiting for it the whole day, calling them back every hour. Thanks Toronto, Ontario Canada
My flowers were suppose to be delivered to me on the Valentines day before 5pm. My husband was surprised to find out that I didn't get anything late afternoon, that's why he told me about the 'surprise'. I stayed extra 2 hours at work thinking that they might be late. No one was picking up the phone when we called them back throughout the day. The flowers were delivered the next day in the morning, when I wasn't even there. The person who delivered them claimed that he showed up on Valentines the day before and couldn't reach me. Both phone #s on the delivery paper was correct and no one called me that day. I asked the security at the entrance and they didn't have anyone coming with delivery. The flowers were half-faded the next day. My Valentines was ruined, since my husband was away at the time and the flowers that he ordered for me, as a surprise, never came that day.
