I searched the internet to find the least expensive place to send flowers to my daughter for Easter. I usually use proflowers.com and have been fairly satisfied but blooms today was offering 50% off so I thought I'd give it a try. Well first the original price on the flowers is so ridiculous that coming in at 50% off is still very high. To make matters worse, if you are not paying close attention, while you are putting in the order, you are being signed up for a rewards program that you get charged an additional $9.95 on your card. When you call to cancel, you're told you have to wait 14 days. When I told them that was crazy, the girl on the phone got extremely nasty and said I had every opportunity not to join. That's a lie. It takes you through each screen where you think you are just ordering flowers and the next thing you know you're enrolled in something you can't cancel for 2 weeks. Never again. I've never posted anything on here and I don't really complain purchases I've made but this was just a horrible experience. I hope everyone is very careful about this place. And customer service.....there is none.
