   I purchesed a sidekick from Blue Bay Electronics via Ebay in late August. I sent it back because it was too big for my daughter. That transaction went well, they gave me a tracking number and sent it out quickly. Because they have a no refund/exchange only policy I had them send me a Razr.



  I have had nothing but problems ever since. They never gave me a tracking number for the Razr, emails went unanswered or partially answered. Phoned the company and the woman on the phone was rude, but I found out that my phone was never sent and was sitting in the warehouse. She apologized and sent the phone overnight at her expense.



   When I received the phone I followed the directions to initially charge the battery. To fully charge the battery it took about an hour, which normally a new battery to fully charge takes hours, I should have know something was wrong. After that the battery wound not fully charge and would die after short use. I emailed the company and they gave me a return #.  I returned it at my own expense and they sent me another Razr. I am having the same problem with the battery.  This battery won't even take a charge. I tried calling the phone number and got an outdated recording and a hang up.  No place to even leave a message.



   I dont' want to send this phone back because I don't want to pay any more money. I am very frustrated and will keep this phone as a reminder to check out businesses I deal with online and not trust the ebay rating. It's hard for me to believe that I am the only one treated this way.
