after months of communicating with AT&T, They refuse to reverse charges, after we explained we never chose this Co. Blue Dog Online,Inc as a long distance provider, nothing has ever been signed or put in writing! AT& T I am sure is getting there cut & could care less. We pay over $400.00 monthly to AT& T, and 12.95 to Blue Dog, don't you think would care if they lost our account over 12.95 charges in dispute. Is anybody ready for a class action suit against both companies.?
