Last May 7th I order a laptop from Blue Hippo funding and when the payment did not come out of my acct I contacted them via phone and was told that they could not use my bank acct because I had used it with the purchase of my desk top( from Bluehippo) and that I needed to open up a new bank acct in order to complete my request. I then faxed them at 1800 379 6112 and requested that they activate my acct and in the event they were unable to use my then acct. then I wanted my acct closed. In june I received a letter from Blue hippo stating they had received my letter and if i wanted to continue with my order then i needed to contact them in writting. Me thinking that the matter was resolved i never contacted them to open back up my acct. In sept I received a Letter From the National Arbitration Forum stating that BlueHippo was sueing me for $2,871.37, I then Faxed to 8668204725 all of my documentation which proved i had acted in accordance to all deadlines and today months later i receive a letter stating that I owe Blue hIppo $ 2,871.37 and i guess the best part of this is that i have yet to receive a laptop im suppose to pay for. Is there anyone out there who can help me with this Im being rippoff in the worst way

Go to www.ftc.gov and read about their recent case against Blue Hippo. File a complaint online as well.

I would not worry too much about blue hippo, There are several class action law suits that states have filed and they are in trouble with the FTC. That $2000 computer is only worth about 300 dollars that is part of the law suit. Google blue hippo lawsuit and see what you find out. also go to www.FTC.gov
