Blue Oasis Pools ripoff get the money and give no customer service Grand Prairie Texas
This company will not service there product. Once the pool company received there money they do not answer or return calls and if you can reach them they will promise to send someone to do service or repairs but do not. Then when you get them on the phone again they tell you that they are doing there best but that they have so much work that they are swaped. They also use call Id to screen call. I have had to use other people cell phone to get them on the line.
I have been trying to get them out for over a month to resolve the issue of the stain on the plaster of my new pool. I have also been trying for over a month to have them come and do a correct pool school. The first one was done before all of the equipment was working. They did not give me all of the information the was needed to maintain my pool. I call the week of July 4 and told them that the system sounded like it was on it last leg and they told me again that they would have someone out the next day. This still has not happened.
I had the pool tested on July 9 and founded out the system has stopped functioning and is working at safe levels. I called and left a message for the company that day and then followed up with a call at 7am the next day and got the owner to answer and he said that he would have someone there by noon that day 7/10. I call back at 9:30 to verify and he said that the supnt was on his way. At noon I call since he still was not there and got them to answer after 3 attemps, he said that they were in his office discussing my problem and I asked what happened to being on his way and he said that he had 160 other pools too and that he would be on his way agin. I told him that this lies were not good enought anymore. Custom service with the pools builder stops when he recieve his money.
