Used the name of Mike Jones Police Chief in Diamond, MO.as his name and his police station address was used as his business address. Rob Sullivan Law Office in Kansas City, MO was given to this homeowner as his business number as 816-654-6655 and this was listed in JoplinGlobe ad. Mike or AKA Jaimie Jones Mo. tag number 2013 was 5UR 352 Black Dodge Ram Pickup with Two white racing stripes on the hood. He is in his late 40's around 5'9 slinder built; hair color light brown and he was soft spoken. He stated that his inlaws live in Franklin, KS. He would not cover his warranty or repairs to my windpower covered under warranty. He has been reported to Missouri Attorney General (Robin) and to the Police Chief in Diamond, MO. and Cherokee County Kansas Sheriffs Office, Officer Smith. Owner stated his name was Mike Jones Salesperson/ Owner AKA Jamie Jones. Homeowner responded to ad in Joplin Globe in Joplin, MO placed by this individual and spoke with Mike Jones on phone and in person to install a Windpower unit 2KW Turbine with Grid Tie Windpower Unit covered by a one year limited warranty on 05-08-2013 and he received a payment of $2,100 dollars paid by check. The propeller came off of the pole (blades blew off of the tower) Homeowner tried to contact Mike Jones AKA Jamie Jones numerous times but he ignored calls and did not contact us back to uphold his one year warranty. Mike Jones AKA Jamie Jones is not honoring Warranty and or answering calls or texts for repair. This individual is using the name of Diamond, MO. Police Cheif Mike Jones and police department address for address of Blue Sky Windpower. Another phone number on site is Sullivan Law Office which has no connection with Blue sky Windpower that he used as a business. number on web site as 816-654-6655. This individual is in his late 40's; slender build; light brown hair and soft spoken. Homeowner contacted Attorney Genera Office in Missouri and Kansas; Rob Sullivan Law Office; Police Chief Mike Jones and Cherokee County Sheriffs Department in Columbus, KS. and reported this individual Michael Jones AKA Jamie Jones his tag number in 2013 was MO 5UR 352 and he drove Black Dodge Ram SS/T 1500 V8 with two white racing stripes on the hood of truck. Robin at Attorney General Office in Missouri asks that everyone that has been taken by this business and person report to Attorney General Office in Missouri ASAP!
