The consumer reporting this item is playing a bit fast and loose with the truth. I am an attorney and I represent Winston White and Bluehill Electric in this matter. This customer paid Bluehill and then stopped payment on the check. Bluehill advised the consumer that the original fan was not properly installed and waws told to install the replacement fan nyway. The consumer paiud Bluehill and stopped payment on the check. I made a demand under Florida's bad check statute and the consumer paid rather than be sued. If the consumer thnks anything improper was done by Bluehill, he/she should have taken proper steps t arrange a fix. Stopping payment on a check results in a demand under Florida's bad check statute.

I am an attonrey for and represent Bluehill Electric. I have reviewed this Report. It is inaccurate, false and slanderous. The Reporter hides behind anonymity. Frist, he hired my client to replace an existing ceiling fan, NOT for a new install. Second, my client advised him that the ceiling itself was uneven (the drywall board or finish was uneven) and recommended that the Reporter have the ceiling fixed first. He declined to have the ceiling fixed. Third, there was no junction box there. If the prior installation was incorrect, the Reporter should have asked that it be corrected. If this was a new install, a junction box would be required. For replacement of an exisitng fan, no junction box is reuqired. Fourth, the new ceioling fan was secured to the structural elements of the room. I am not sure what the Reporter means by a brace box, but the fan was attached to a 2x4 very securely.
The Reporter paid my client by check and then stopped payment. My client offered to come back and check the fan and make necessary corrections, but the Reporter never responded other than to still my client for his fee.
Finally, the comments as to late night calls , hang ups, banging on the door etc are completely false. Further, the Reporter makes compoletely unsubstantiated allegations of psychological problems and drug use. Under the law, that is libel and the Reporter makes himself liable for damages as does the Ripoff Report for allowing the statements to remain on the web site.
I have used Bluehill for electrical work at properties and the work has always been correct and properly carried out.
