BLUEHIPPO I contacted with BlueHippo for a Dell Computer with a printer and digial camera free,I have complied with all their requests and still haven't got my computer.I first appilied for the computer on 11/06/07 Baltimore Maryland
I have called these people at least 10 times on this matter and the first time I called they said I had to make at least 6 payments and then my computer would be shipped.The second time I called they said I would have to fill out the forms they sent before I could get my computer.I told them I hadn't received any forms so they e-mailed them to me.I mailed them back.I received an e-mail stating they had received the forms,and that they would start financing and I would receive my computer very soon.
The third time they said I would have to fill out the forms for financing,I told them I had not received any forms except the first one.Again they e-mailed me the forms and I filled them out and mailed them back.I called again after 2 weeks and they said I would get my computer in 10 business days.I called after the 10 days was up and they stated they would have to contact management and get the routing number and shipping date and that would take 7 to 15 business days.
I am a 65 yr old women on limited income that is why I appiled for the computer threw BlueHippo,because my credit isn't very good.My other computer's mother board crashed.This is my life being able to get on the computer and play games and meet new people.
