Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
On 9/24/08 This company calls my business and says your subscription is up you need to renew or cancel but you must do it today. I asked what ad are you talking about, they proceeded to tell me that we had authorized them to put a web page and a online listing up on the net in the pervious year. I told Blue Yellow Book that I had not authorized any advertisement with thier company. We don't advertise since our company does not deal with the general public.

The person I was talking to from Blue Yellow Book said I needed to cancel this renewal I said what renewal I didn't have ad with your company in the first place at this point I should have hung the phone up, but continued to argue with Ms. Morales and she said well I will tranfer you to the cancelation department.

The next person I talked too (Russell) was in the cancelation department he said we are recording this and I said fine, he proceeded to ask me information of my companys address, my name an so on untill I said I did not authorize this in the first place, he then stopped recording and transfered me back to the original person I was talking to. They never recorded the fact I said I never authorized it in the first place. I went back an forth to 4 people and then I was told that I had to finish the cancelation and then take this up with their accounting deparment.

I had finished the cancelation when he tells me that they will be sending a bill for last years advertisement, I said once again what bill I had no ad with your company, he said I'll get this straighten out with the accounting deparment just wait for this bill to come in mail first and then call.

So I get the bill in the mail ($698.00), I called the acounting department and began to tell them if they could show me my company's signed agreement or a recorded phone agreement from 2007 I would be happy to pay this bill, the person from Blue Yellow Book begins replaying my cancelation recording back to me, I said you got to kidding me this your trick, no wonder you kept stopping the recording everytime I said I did not authorize this in the first place.

So I get a call on 10/20/08 from someone wanting to know when I was going to pay. I went throught the whole situation again. They proceded to play the call (the one from me on 9/24/08) saying that I authorized it. I explained it again to this person who said they would check it out and call me back.

So Today, 11/19/08 I get a call from Nancy Moore and here we go again. This time she would not let me explain, she wanted me to understand that I made a verbal authorization and it's the law....From 9/24/08....I laughed, explained to her that I was contacting the DA for the fraud and my attorney for harassament.

Almost a year to the day this all started, I received a call from Phillip Roberts from National Collections and Recovery....Funny, when I call the number back I get a answering maching of a guy named Patrick Barnes...No busines name etc... Reverse look up on the number says that it is out of Monroe, Florida and it is a residence....

So now I am being hassled by a Collection Agency!!!! This stuff is just to funny. Nothing in a year and then BAM!!! 2 calls in 2 days. Try googleing National Collections and Recovery....NOTHING!

I intend on playing the waiting game and until I get the 10 day collection notice in the mail demanding payment from a real agency, I will just continue to ignore them.

Next stop Legal action for me!
