My team of professionals thoroughly researches these topics. This is FACT. NCS is NOT rated an A by the BBB and has NO ACCREDIDATION as they filed bankruptcy last year. Let me shed some light on the flip side. ER Solutions follows the letter of the law per FDCPA and FCRA laws and THEY have an A rating. Please do not defend NCS if you have not done your complete homework. Your are right, we do need to continue to fight this company's corruption as my office keeps getting letters day in and day out from our consumer website. I only pray that we can finally get government legislation in place to shut these guys down for good soon,

Wow, while when I looked it up, the got an A-. Dont know how but it was an A. I know this company is fake but putting fake info on this website will not help bring this fraud of a company down. They not even on this list of Bub Hibb worst collection company because they are not that big and are in the gutters.. We need to post the correct info to help other when dealing with this theft aka National Credit Slution aka Brett Evans aka Jerry Evans... I think filing a lawsuit is the best bet.

Hopefully this will work. Here is a BBB snapshot (truth) about NCS's rating. Rated F and they are NOT BBB accredited. If you did not trust them before now...boom. The facts do not lie.

We are happy to report that YES, NCS has filed bankruptcy and is losing business left and right. We think it is truly funny that a company that preaches against bankruptcy and debts is doing just that. Please continue to file more and more complaints against this company and sue them left and right for flagrant consumer right violations. Bob has gone underground and is licking his wounds. NCS continues to crumble as we target their weak foundation for a business through legal channels. I agree with the previous poster in saying that th private companies known as credit reporting agencies (Experian, Equifax and Transunion) all should be further regulated to protect consumers from illegal predatory collections and reportings. The consumer has to spend way too much money and time to clear their good names in many cases ad they nevr recoupe that monetary loss. Identity theft is a federal crime, but many collection companies and even the CRAs are guilty of smearing innocent American citizens' names. We encourage everyone to write their congressman/woman and express your dissatisfaction with these items. I am currently working on drafting a preliminary structured argrument for credit reporting reform that wll hopefully aide in amending the wording of the FCRA (Federal Credit Reporting Act). Again, I am just a pissed off citizen that is speaing out for the consumers and by the consumers. If myself and my friends can do it, you can also. Continue to puch for the American way of life and we will see progress in time to come. Best to everyone.

I agree, I don't understand why experian is not doing more to protect ppl. we ran a D&B, Dun & Bradstreet, on National Credit Solution. This company has 2 judgments and even one of the owners filed bankrupt... When my hubby received the letter in the mail from NCS, the letterhead looked like someone had drawn it.. This company is fraud, I feel they just run database searches pick and choose. All the employees at NCS have no training... This company know ppl are planning to pay houses and try to get them... Experian really need to do more about this to protect ppl...

The above poster has some good facts. BUT NCS is rated as a D by the BBB. This IS because both private and national people/agencies have sued and won against them for continued and flagrant violations of the FCRA and FDCPA. PLEASE. Never misrepresent the BBB on here about NCS or I WILL correct you again. The other info is top notch. BUT NCS normally will not even attempt to validate a debt. They believe and told me in a phone recorded conversation (my state is a 1 party consent state for recording phone calls) that they will "keep the account on my credit report to force [me] to pay." That did not happen when I finished with them. That is a clear violation of FDPCA. I nailed em on it. I have over 82 email complaints in 3 months from my consumer protection website about similar practices sitting on my office desk here. I love to look at them every so often and it gives me fuel to continue to help consumers that are done wrong by NCS.
Cheers.

First of all BMG, Capital Assistance Group, and National Credit Solutions are three different business entities. CAG buys and sells debts (portfolios) for large organizations CAG bought the overdue accounts from BMG and sold them to NCS for the final step of collection there is a VERY strict process that happens when an agency begins to pursue a debt ( this is due to EXTENSIVE and NUMEROUS laws that regulate every aspect of collection) if you found something on your credit report and contacted NCS or NCS contacted you, whatever the case may be, after this first initial contact you should have been sent a letter from thier office stating the amount owed and your rights. next step- validation ( this is up to you whether you reuqest validation or not...it MUST be a WRITTEN request) NCS will send this to you no problem at all if the debt is validated this means that it is under your name and the agency has the right to collect it by law. IMPORTANT*** Many times it is a waisted effort to contact the original creditor because they will simply refer you to NCS and in most cases they don't even have your account information anymore... HOWEVER if there is the exception of a mistake on the creditors part and for example you paid your dues and closed the accounts but BMG or whoever still sold your account/debt to a collections agency then what you should do is send in a dispute with the necessary documents ( the PROOF) attatched that shows that you paid in full your account...send this to BMG and NCS and be very clear on your reuqest for the account to be closed and removal of anything from your credit. this is an easy thing to fix. ****IF AT ANY TIME SOMEONE FROM BMG OR ANY ORGANIZATION OTHER THAN NATIONAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS SAYS THAT THEY WILL CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT GET THIS STATEMENT IN WRITING WITH A SIGNATURE**** if someone says they will notify NCS and tell them to close your account I would say well actually can you just provide me with a document stating that the account should be closed because I paid in full...and I MYSELF will get that to NCS. this way you can avoid anyone making you false promises. I am very sorry if you delt with anyone who said they would tell NCS to close your account and then they never did. That is frustrating. At the same time this is not the fault of anyone at NCS obviously they can not close the account if you call in and say...well so and so over at BMG said they would tell you to close the account. Come on...close the account BMG told me they would close the account. There are tons of people who try this. If you recieved a written statement from BMG that confirmed that you paid and that advises NCS to close the account then BY ALL MEANS SEND THAT TO NCS. also you said that you asked for information over the phone and they wouldn't give you any? from my experiences over the phone they give you all the necessary information (such as what CD's you purchased, when you bought them, how much they cost) AND like I said if you don't believe them and you would like to submitt a WRITTEN request for validation they are more than happy to provide you with one. I am sorry that you had any bad experiences but I actually think NCS is an upstanding business and they are also rated an A+ with the BBB.
