Wow!!What a Scam BMG Music and National Credit Solutions have going on people!

I called BMG Music after finding this little surprise on my credit Report. Star, Reese and the Superviser Alexis all promised this would be removed from my credit because there were going to contact National Credit Solutions and let them know. Right! How many times will I trust people are being honest with me. 40 Days later, I got a little more aggressive.

I called National Credit Solutions and spoke to what might be the nastiest most awful female human being I have ever encountered, she was so dumb and mean - what a lethal combination, I might add. Oh and her name was Kate. I imagine this horrible, ugly, awful, smelly little troll sitting in an office enjoying the pain and stress she causes her victims. I am going to assume she was made fun of all of her life in school and is now seeking revenge on everyone via their credit.

She laughed when I told her BMG told me they were going to contact her to remove this off my credit. She literally laughed louder and louder saying "Really, did they also offer to put this in writing for you" " Do you really think they are going to just ask us to take this off your credit?" I immediately realized her sarcasim. She stated " this will never come off your credit no matter what you do until you pay me"

I remained very kind and asked her if she could send me some information about this $196.00 they claim I owe and she told me she didn't have to. I asked again and she said she did and she won't do it again because I will continually say I didn't receive it. Honestly, I never thought of that until she said it, but I really didn't get anything in the mail at any time for this. I explained that bad things happen to people who are this mean and evil and actually enjoy hurting others like she does and that one day this will catch up with her. She told me I better stop threatening her because she was recording my call. I was really just trying to explain how Karma works, but it's probably not something she will ever understand. It was too late anyway, she put me on permanent Hold.

A couple of hours later I spoke to Experian's Fraud Department. Sharmaine called BMG while I was on the phone holding, she then connected me to the line with Carlos from BMG and herself.

She asked if we could speak to Alexis (BMG Suervisor who promised to contact NCS for me) Carlos claimed she was in a meeting. hmmm I really thought I was going to get some real help today and get this matter resolved, but here is how it unfolded. Sharmaine asked Carlos to have the BMG supervisor call Ms. Ford in the Fraud Dept at Experian. I will list all these numbers below for you if anyone wants to try them out-maybe with enough complaints something good will happen.

Carlos said Alexis would call back today. However, the phone number Sharmaine left for Ms Ford was a permanent voicemail box. What the hell good is that going to do. Experian really needs to get involved here, but they are so numb to this they barely listen to the facts you give them. I hope everyone will take the time to write to the following organizations below and let them know what these two companies are doing. It's really sad these mean spirited fools are most likely driving sweet cars and living in nice places at the expense of others who working so hard to stay on top of their bills during these tough times.

My team of professionals thoroughly researches these topics.  This is FACT.  NCS is NOT rated an A by the BBB and has NO ACCREDIDATION as they filed bankruptcy last year.  Let me shed some light on the flip side.  ER Solutions follows the letter of the law per FDCPA and FCRA laws and THEY have an A rating.  Please do not defend NCS if you have not done your complete homework.  Your are right, we do need to continue to fight this company's corruption as my office keeps getting letters day in and day out from our consumer website.  I only pray that we can finally get government legislation in place to shut these guys down for good soon,

We need to post the correct info to help other when dealing with this theft aka National Credit Slution aka Brett Evans aka Jerry Evans... I think filing a lawsuit is the best bet.

Hopefully this will work. Here is a BBB snapshot (truth) about NCS's rating.  Rated F and they are NOT BBB accredited.   If you did not trust them before now...boom.  The facts do not lie.

We are happy to report that YES, NCS has filed bankruptcy and is losing business left and right. We think it is truly funny that a company that preaches against bankruptcy and debts is doing just that. Please continue to file more and more complaints against this company and sue them left and right for flagrant consumer right violations. Bob has gone underground and is licking his wounds. NCS continues to crumble as we target their weak foundation for a business through legal channels. I agree with the previous poster in saying that th private companies known as credit reporting agencies (Experian, Equifax and Transunion) all should be further regulated to protect consumers from illegal predatory collections and reportings. The consumer has to spend way too much money and time to clear their good names in many cases ad they nevr recoupe that monetary loss. Identity theft is a federal crime, but many collection companies and even the CRAs are guilty of smearing innocent American citizens' names. We encourage everyone to write their congressman/woman and express your dissatisfaction with these items. I am currently working on drafting a preliminary structured argrument for credit reporting reform that wll hopefully aide in amending the wording of the FCRA (Federal Credit Reporting Act). Again, I am just a pissed off citizen that is speaing out for the consumers and by the consumers. If myself and my friends can do it, you can also. Continue to puch for the American way of life and we will see progress in time to come. Best to everyone.

experian needs to protect ppl

I agree, I don't understand why experian is not doing more to protect ppl. we ran a D&B, Dun & Bradstreet, on National Credit Solution. This company has 2 judgments and even one of the owners filed bankrupt... When my hubby received the letter in the mail from NCS, the letterhead looked like someone had drawn it.. This company is fraud, I feel they just run database searches pick and choose. All the employees at NCS have no training... This company know ppl are planning to pay houses and try to get them... Experian really need to do more about this to protect ppl...

SOME GOOD FACT AND THEN SOME TERRIBLE ONES

The above poster has some good facts.  BUT NCS is rated as a D by the BBB.  This IS because both private and national people/agencies have sued and won against them for continued and flagrant violations of the FCRA and FDCPA.  PLEASE.  Never misrepresent the BBB on here about NCS or I WILL correct you again.  The other info is top notch.  BUT NCS normally will not even attempt to validate a debt.  They believe and told me in a phone recorded conversation (my state is a 1 party consent state for recording phone calls) that they will "keep the account on my credit report to force [me] to pay."  That did not happen when I finished with them.  That is a clear violation of FDPCA.  I nailed em on it.  I have over 82 email complaints in 3 months from my consumer protection website about similar practices sitting on my office desk here.  I love to look at them every so often and it gives me fuel to continue to help consumers that are done wrong by NCS.

Cheers.

National Credit Solutions...NOT a scam

#10Consumer Suggestion

First of all BMG, Capital Assistance Group, and National Credit Solutions are three different business entities. CAG buys and sells debts (portfolios) for large organizations CAG bought the overdue accounts from BMG and sold them to NCS for the final step of collection there is a VERY strict process that happens when an agency begins to pursue a debt ( this is due to EXTENSIVE and NUMEROUS laws that regulate every aspect of collection) if you found something on your credit report and contacted NCS or NCS contacted you, whatever the case may be, after this first initial contact you should have been sent a letter from thier office stating the amount owed and your rights. next step- validation ( this is up to you whether you reuqest validation or not...it MUST be a WRITTEN request) NCS will send this to you no problem at all if the debt is validated this means that it is under your name and the agency has the right to collect it by law. IMPORTANT*** Many times it is a waisted effort to contact the original creditor because they will simply refer you to NCS and in most cases they don't even have your account information anymore... HOWEVER if there is the exception of a mistake on the creditors part and for example you paid your dues and closed the accounts but BMG or whoever still sold your account/debt to a collections agency then what you should do is send in a dispute with the necessary documents ( the PROOF) attatched that shows that you paid in full your account...send this to BMG and NCS and be very clear on your reuqest for the account to be closed and removal of anything from your credit. this is an easy thing to fix. ****IF AT ANY TIME SOMEONE FROM BMG OR ANY ORGANIZATION OTHER THAN NATIONAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS SAYS THAT THEY WILL CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT GET THIS STATEMENT IN WRITING WITH A SIGNATURE**** if someone says they will notify NCS and tell them to close your account I would say well actually can you just provide me with a document stating that the account should be closed because I paid in full...and I MYSELF will get that to NCS. this way you can avoid anyone making you false promises. I am very sorry if you delt with anyone who said they would tell NCS to close your account and then they never did. That is frustrating. At the same time this is not the fault of anyone at NCS obviously they can not close the account if you call in and say...well so and so over at BMG said they would tell you to close the account. Come on...close the account BMG told me they would close the account. There are tons of people who try this. If you recieved a written statement from BMG that confirmed that you paid and that advises NCS to close the account then BY ALL MEANS SEND THAT TO NCS. also you said that you asked for information over the phone and they wouldn't give you any? from my experiences over the phone they give you all the necessary information (such as what CD's you purchased, when you bought them, how much they cost) AND like I said if you don't believe them and you would like to submitt a WRITTEN request for validation they are more than happy to provide you with one. I am sorry that you had any bad experiences but I actually think NCS is an upstanding business and they are also rated an A+ with the BBB.
