BMG sent me a unsolicited CD. I decided to join the club. When I went on line (to their site) to order the free CD's a new account was started unknown to me.

When I realized what had happened I looked for a telephone number on the paperwork. No telephone number was on any of the paperwork.

I emailed them and requested they combine the 2 accounts. They emailed me back saying they couldn't do that, but no explanation as to why not.

I emailed them back and ask why. They emailed and said each account had different requirements.

I responded with an email instructing them to IMMEDIATELY cancel both accounts.

They have continued to send me email offers for CD's but have not responded to my instructions to cancel both accounts.

I have sent them 3 emails instructing them to cancel both accounts. Still no response from them regarding the cancellation request. Everyday I continue to get emails from them to order more CD's.

NO... your company started this whole thing by starting an unauthorized, therefore fraudulent, account for me....... i decided to go ahead with the ONE account and when i went online to order the free cd's your company started a second separate account.... when i tried to combine the two accounts your company said they could not be combined because they had different membership requirements.... i received in the mail today (06-29-07) 2 letters, one for account 8846013301 and the other for account 8845204398... both letters stated the exact same requirement for canceling each account.... if each account did in fact have different requirements why are the letters exactly the same in context????? i am going to copy your original email with my response to the regulatory board and have them copy it to the Attorney General's office..... the only thing you can do for me is to IMMEDIATELY CANCEL BOTH ACCOUNTS.... I WILL NOT be doing business with your company period...... also you ARE NOT authorized to charge my master card account for anything effective immediately June 29, 2007 10:42pm...... if i find you have charged my master card account prior to the above date and time for unauthorized charges there will be other legal issues to deal with..... >From: [email protected] >To: >Subject: RE: 8846013301 : Your Corinne Bailey Rae Featured Selectio >Date: 29 Jun 2007 18:10:47 EST > >To: Ms Nancy Account 8846013301 > >We received your request to cancel your BMG Music Service membership; >however, your Enrollment Package has been shipped and you may have >already received it.
