BMY 24 HOUR LOCKSMITH fraud locksmith liars 24 hour service Philadelphia Pennsylvania
I called BMY 24 hours locksmith bc i had an issue with my front lock at my business location. Prior to having them send out a locksmith I asked detailed questions about pricing. The guy came over, did not even replace my lock and charged me 140.00 in 5 min for something that was supposed to cost me 70.00! I paid the guy bc i was so busy with my customers only to go to teh front door to see that he FIXED NOTHING! he left, took the money and I had to chase him down via phone. The company resent the man there and smirked and replaced the lock and would not refund me telling me now that i has to pay double the cost bc of the labor he came twice! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY i called badk and they hung up on me! I told "Nick" if he did not make matters better I would not only report him to ripoffreports.com like he has alerady been reported from past customers but the BBB and he said "Good" and thats when he hung up.
