BOB DANCE DODGE WHERE EVERYBODY RIDES...THATS A JOKE. SANFORD Florida
I visited Bob Dance Dodge in Jan 08' to look at a new car. This was my very first time actually buying a car from a dealership and I was very excited. I had seen an ad in the paper about 2007 Dodge calibers and avengers on sale for a little over 10,000 dollars.
I had taken my father and grandfather with me so I did not make any stupid desicions. Too bad I did anyway.
I had a very nice salesman and finance person. I ended up paying like 18,000 dollars for a 2007 Dodge Caliber that was supossed to be 10,000 dollars. How did that happen?
It turns out the frame was bent on the car so I had to keep replacing tires every 6 months. The paint was peeling on the bumper after about a month of use. You could also see paint run-off on the front bumper. For some reason, I did not see all those things the day I bought it. I guess that explains the reason that the salesman was so quick to get me to pick one.
Long story short, I ended up trading the car in at a DIFFERENT dealership a year later and still owed 13,000 dollars on it.
BOB DANCE DODGE still owes me a refund for an extended warranty. It is now July of 2009 and I have been calling everyday since Feburary of 2009. I will continue to call everyday until I get my money! Everytime I call the finance person is either out of the office or not taking calls. I leave messages all the time and no one responds. I am starting to get mad.
