Mr. Small failed to complete a job that he was paid in full. I paid Mr Small in advance because she led me to believe that he was a credible person, Mr Small lied to me numerous of times promising me that he would return to complete the job. He started avoiding my calls but I finally reached him from an unidentified number we talked and he lied about coming out again. People watch out for this dude! He goes by the Name Irvin Small or Bob Small.
