Bob Price this man is a con man, he lies he charges 3 times more amount for closing and illegal interest rates Cape Girardau Missouri
I found this man through a company in the yellow papers, I assumed he worked for them, I gave him my info over phone he said i was preapproved, then he said send me a contract, even told my sellers that. He comes to my home and has me sign blank settlement forms,( by law he is suppose to give you filled out settlement forms within 3 days) which come to find out was another mortgage company, he was employed by two which is illegal, though the one company premier didn't know he was doing this and a shocker to clients.
Finally after begging for two weeks for the settlement papers i received them,i also asked for preapproval letter(still don't have that) he sent them to me with a percentage rate of 7% and my closing cost were over 6 thousand dollars, he was charging me $95.00 for a credit report. Then after calling everyday again and again he said he had me preunderwriter approval, though he said i didn't qualify for rd just fha, and i would have to file for grant which u can't do yourself as the buyer.
After 5 weeks of the lies from him and Affirm home mortgage he finally told my seller that i don't have a loan before i even knew. Then come to find out he filled out the papers incorrectly. I still to this day don't have denial letter from any companies. I have filed a complaint with the licensing bureau in arkansas and hud office on this man. He put me through 5 weeks of h*ll before i fired him. He is not trustworthy and neither is affirm home mortgage who knew he was working for two companies at the same time.
In other words he ripped off clients from premier mortg. I have proof and evidence of all i have wrote please let me know if you have dealt with this man before. Men like him are the reason are country is in such a bad mortgage crisis and even with the ball out men like this are going strong to rip off regular people.

bob price also order a appraisal of the house which i paid for before i was even approved a mortgage. As a criminologist i have seen and worked with cons before but he is what we call a white collar crime person. Still a criminal, just does it in different ways. Do not trust this man or his assistant paula. Also affirm home mortgage which is aware and allowed this man to work for them knowing what he was doing and it was illegal.
