Bob Watson Chevy false advertisement and deceptive practices ripoff Harvey Illinois
I was contacted by a agent of bob watson chevy named michelle krum after applying on line for a auto loan and she informed me after reviewing my information that a bank had approved me for up to twenty thousand dollars. I need to come to bob watson ford and pick out the car I want within this budgeted amount. I told michelle krum that I have experianced turn downs in the past because of credit issues and that I didn't want to be told any fribulous information and waste my time coming to bob watson chevey in harvey if the loan wasnt already approved.
Michelle Krum assured me that I had been approved and went as far as to say that she wouldn't lie to me or waste my time or hers. I went to bob watson chevy in harvey il and was told she was not available but a representative pulled my file only to tell me that no one can gaurantee approval and than said that I had been denied, sorry have a good day. This is false advertisement and fribulous conduct as well as a unnecessary inconvieniance to the public and they should be repremended because bob watson chevy in harvey is responsible for the people or employees, or agents that represent their establishment.
