Massive land scam being perpetuated by aihg Atlantic international holding group called boca del mar Mexico and boca terrace Residence club.
Facts...president of aihg and Atlantic international holding group frank Torres Castillo is going by the name of frank Torres to conceal his true identity that reveals that his company is under investigation by US authorities and the dozens of cease and desist orders they have against their company and fraudulent activities
Land being sold as investment opportunities are anything but that. It's nothing more than shrubs in a forest that will never be developed. They have sold land for this project for years and have yet to build even one single home.
They allege prices have tripled in value over the last few years. It has not! Their land is worthless and land can't even be appraised as it is worthless and so far from any civilization. Aihg paid $10,000 for the entire property and are attempting to make you believe that it is actually worth money. One quarter acre lot sold covered their entire investment.
Their sole purpose is to sell you land and close up shop and move on to another country as they have in the past 30 years in panama, costa rica just to name a few.
Boca terrace residence club will never be developed. It's all a big scam. Note how boca terrace residence club was sold as a LLC. It was sold in that fashion in order to absolve them from any legal actions that will undoubtably take place shortly.
If you have been taken in by these long time master con men you need to call their bank and request they return your money back immediately. Many clients have had their full investment returned in this fashion as long as they promise not to disclose their dealings to anyone so if you wish to be made whole contact their bank immediately and demand your money back before it's too late.
