Bocadelmar Mexico. Aihg Mexico. Frank Torres Castillo aka frank Torres. All are nothing more than land scams. No development will ever take place although they will attempt to convince you otherwise. It's been years they have been selling land and have been able to delay and postpone development their intention is to sell all the land and close up shop and move on to their next third world country far away from any US authority scrutiny.

They have no license to sell into the states and are deliberately located in Mexico so they can sell their swamp land with impunity. Land purchased from this scam can never be sold or built on. They are deplorable people who have fleeced innocent investors out of their hard earned money for decades and have been fined investigated and deported from the united states why else would frank Torres not use his real name frank Torres Castillo. Demand your investment back now before it's too late

Thousands of International travelers, particularly from the US and Canada, have fallen victims of timeshare fraud while vacationing. Resort developers hire skilled salesmen to represent their timeshares as many different attractive packages, such as financial investments, deeded properties, or vacation clubs, just to increase their sales.
