It all started when I placed my order with the company in December of last, 20/12/2004. After a long wait,the items finally arrive on the 1st of FEBRUARY 2005. I had ordered specific items (item number DSBC-0275 - LOCK & KEY DANGLING BELLY RING in Black CZ) but instead I received something COMPLETELY different, some vertical bar with topaz colored stones. I also ordered item number DSBC-0336 CAT SHAPE NAVEL CHARM in BLACK CZ,but instead I received a CAT SHAPE NAVEL CHARM with a SAPPHIRE BLUE stone. So the order was completely wrong.

I e-mailed them and was told to mail the items back to them in Thailand, at my own expense. Since I only paid about $14 for the items and since they company was not offering to pay for the shipping, even though THEY made a mistake with the order, I didn't use registered mail as this would have meant essentially that I would be paying another $8 for an item that I already paid $14 for.

So I mailed the items back on the 2/2/2005 and I kept the receipt from the US Postal Office here on which is showed that I mailed the items back to Thailand via International Airmail. It also had the number of the customs label printed on it.

Two months went by and I hear nothing from the company. I e-mailed them again and asked them what was going on.

Of course, they responded that they did not receive them back and would mail out my items as soon as they did. I e-mailed them again and they told me to fax any proof of mailing that I might have, which I did. Once again they told me that their Post Office could find no record of the item and they did not receive anything from me.

I suspected that they would use this kind of excuse and they were completely unapologetic, did not offer to reimburse me for THEIR mistake and right up to today, 05/17/05 has insisted that they have done nothing wrong and basically told me that this is my loss. Well, it is THEIR gain, since they still have and get to keep my $14 that I paid back in December, already.

I would like to warn other consumers not to purchase from this company and not to be fooled by their very cheap prices, because it certainly hasn't been worth all this over 5 months of haggling and effort to get either my money back or the jewelry that I paid for.
